Ahead of the theatrical release of The Raja Saab, producer TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory has predicted that the biggest horror-fantasy in Indian cinema will gross Rs 100 Cr on Day 1. The Maruthi directorial, featuring Prabhas in a unique role, will open on 4,500 screens in North India (where it is being released through Anil Thadani).
Speaking further on the occasion, the producer reiterated the movie's highlights: its scale, and Prabhas himself. "The film balances horror, comedy, romance, action, and emotion perfectly. The buzz in Telugu states is phenomenal, with strong reach in North India and Karnataka as well," he added.
Maruthi lauded Thaman's musical amplifications. He added that Prabhas has been presented the way everyone wants to see him.
Creative Producer SKN shared that bookings on BookMyShow are on a rampage. "After premieres, audiences will talk about Prabhas’ performance, Maruthi’s vision, and the scale of this film," he added.
In the meantime, The Raja Saab continues to perform exceptionally well in international markets. Prathyangira Cinemas reported that the film’s momentum is only increasing, noting that it has already surpassed $1.1 million (as of Thursday noon IST) in North American premiere pre-sales and shows no signs of slowing down.
The Raja Saab's songs are a big hit among the Hindi audience. Nache Nache and Prabhas' superb dance moves in it are being praised by everyone, especially reviewers. At this rate, the film will become one of the biggest hits in Prabhas' career.
