Actor Nikhil Siddhartha has officially locked the release date for Swayambhu. The film, which the actor calls his "biggest movie," is slated to hit cinemas worldwide on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, which is, February 13th, 2026.
Announcing the crucial date, the Karthikeya 2 actor took to social media and shared insights into the project's challenging journey. He wrote that the film involved 170 days of shooting, two years of relentless pursuit, and extreme hurdles.
The film, directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, narrates the untold story of a common man who had to become a warrior.
The visual aesthetic and the themes resemble some of the biggest movies of Indian cinema, especially Baahubali. Nikhil Siddhartha's film has been amped up by at least three blockbuster technicians: composer Ravi Basrur (KGF, Salaar), stunt choreographer King Solomon (RRR, Baahubali 2), and cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar (Baahubali, RRR). Samyuktha, Nabha Natesh are joined by three supporting artists: Satya, Sunil, Subbaraju.
