Nikhil Devadula stars as the teen protagonist in the suspense-filled emotional thriller titled Ghatikachalam. Brought to you by writer and producer MC Raju of Oasis Entertainment, the film is all set to be released worldwide by the Maruthi-SKN duo on May 31st.
The makers are happy to have chosen May 31st as the release date. The late-Summer release is expected to cater to the tastes of discerning audiences.
Amar Kamepalli is the director of Ghatikachalam. The film is based on the experiences of a second-year MBBS student from Hyderabad. A theme song was released today by the makers. "All dreams are not illusions. All sounds are not human," the caption says. The protagonist's sense of fear, hallucinatory experiences, and trauma are captured through the moody song. What haunts him is supernatural. Or, it could be just his mind playing tricks on him. He is a prisoner of fate.
Presenter SKN is confident that the content-driven film will go a long way. "Everyone has brought their experience to this film, which sucks the viewer into its world ten minutes after it begins. Many talents choose the horror genre to narrate interesting stories. This film has to be watched only in theatres. Ghatikachalam won't disappoint you," he recently said.
