Mirnaa Menon was seen famously in movies like Rajinikanth's Jailer and Allari Naresh's Ugram. She was also part of Nagarjuna's Naa Saami Ranga, and popular Malayalam movies like Big Brother. The news is that Mirnaa has been roped in for a lecturer's role in Don Bosko, a comedy entertainer produced by Sailesh Rama and starring Rushya as the male lead. Rushya is the brother-in-law of producer S Naga Vamsi.
Coming with the caption 'Class Reunion - Batch 2014', the film is a redemption tale. Don Bosko has Murali Sharma as Principal Vishwanath. Mounika, Rajkumar Kasireddy of AAY fame, Vishnu Oi of Taxiwala and MAD fame and others will also be seen.
Helmed by Shankar Gowri, the film seems to have a coming-of-age element. Mark K Robin and Edurolu Raju are the music director and cinematographer, respectively. Garry BH is the Editor.
Don Dosko could be a turning point for Mirnaa Menon's Tollywood career. "I don't consider myself lucky. I am blessed. I have a plan for what I want to do in my career. I don't want to be just a commercial heroine. I want to be an artist," she said in an interview.
