The core team behind Suriya's 46th movie today prayed at the famous Palani Murugan Temple to seek divine strength ahead of the movie's production journey. It is on June 9 that the film, which is yet to be titled, will go on the floors. The makers, led by producer S Naga Vamsi, also promised exciting updates in the coming days and months.
Suriya, most recently seen in Karthik Subbaraj's Retro, was clicked alongside his director (Venky Atluri) and producer. The trio look extremely confident about the potential of their movie. The director is rolling out the camera for the first time in about three quarters. Dulquer Salmaan's Lucky Baskhar was his previous release.
The female lead will be played by the talented Mamitha Baiju. The film also features the Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon, and senior actress Radhika Sarathkumar. The musical score for Suriya46 will be composed by the acclaimed GV Prakash Kumar, whose most recent outings include Good Bad Ugly, Robinhood and Kingston. The technical crew boasts expertise with Nimish Ravi handling the cinematography, Navin Nooli taking on editing duties, and Banglan overseeing the production design.
