The second song from OG is poetic and sublime. Titled Suvvi Suvvi, the song meditates on the old-fashioned romantic love where the wife reveres the 'moodu mulla bandham'. Pawan Kalyan and Priyanka Mohan don't try hard to share a gentle romantic vibe. They achieve it effortlessly.
Set in the 90s, this is a deeply rooted emotional song that drives the story and stands as its very soul, the makers said. Thaman's composition is more melodious than some of his recent chartbusters. Sung by Sruthi Ranjani, its lyrics are written by Kalyan Chakravarthy. "The Song Which Stayed Close To Our Hearts for A while Is Now All Yours (sic)," Thaman wrote, sharing it.
Director Sujeeth and producer DVV Danayya have plans to release OG on a gargantuan scale on September 25th. "We will continue this celebration for a long time to come," they stated, sharing the song.
OG stars Emraan Hashmi as the chief antagonist. Suvvi Suvvi follows Firestorm. A couple of more songs will be released in the coming weeks.
