AMB Cinemas debuts in Bengaluru

AMB Cinemas, the premium multiplex brand co-owned by Mahesh Babu and Asian Cinemas, has officially debuted in Bengaluru. The Bengaluru facility, named AMB Cinemas Kapali, opened today.

Sharing the news, the Varanasi actor wrote, "The doors formally open at AMB Cinemas in Bengaluru with South India’s first Dolby Cinema experience! Extremely proud of TEAM AMB for putting in an extraordinary effort to see this through. Looking forward to seeing u all very soon in Namma Bengaluru."

The venue is located on the site of the legendary Kapali Theatre in Gandhinagar, which was once one of the largest cinema halls in Asia. The multiplex houses nine screens with a total capacity of approximately 1,600 seats. The main screen is reported to be 60 feet wide, offering a massive field of view. The location offers a 7-star experience with plush seating, ambient lighting, and high-end aesthetics.
