Janampalli Anirudh Reddy, MLA from Jadcherla Assembly constituency in Mahabubnagar district, has warned that he won't let Pawan Kalyan's films play in any theatre in his constituency.
"Let alone apologizing for his recent remarks, he is showing airs because he gets red-carpet welcome in States like Tamil Nadu. I am declaring as the MLA of Jadcherla that I won't allow his films to be screened. I am a fan of Pawan Kalyan, but what matters more to me are the sentiments of the people of Telangana. His use of the term 'Nara Dishti' (evil eye) for Telanganites is unacceptable," Anirudh Reddy said.
The Jana Sena Party, in a statement on Tuesday, said that the remarks of the Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh have been distorted at a time when the equations between AP and Telangana are cordial.
