A song titled Enno Vaasanthaalu was released on Sunday at an event in Hyderabad. The entire team of Euphoria was present. The film will hit the cinemas on February 6.
Speaking on the occasion, director Gunasekhar said, "I hail from this region, Vizag. Coming to my movie, the title denotes terrific excitement. When we can't keep our euphoric urges in control, we might go on a wrong path. My movie touches upon the importance of right parenting for adolescents in an age when crimes on minors have been on the rise. We deal with the social impact of right parenting and adolescent indiscipline. Euphoria is not preachy. It's commercial like Okkadu and Chudalani Undhi. Enno Vaasanthaalu is being released today. Kaala Bhairava's music is melodious. Vizag is where melodies catch up. Even during its composition, we decided to release it here. Artists were selected after auditions for six months. Vignesh Gavireddy will go a long way. Addala Prudhviraj has played a psychotic character. Sara Arjun will be loved as much as she was liked in Dhurandhar."
Actress Bhumika Chawla mentioned her Kushi co-star, Pawan Kalyan. "Euphoria is very close to my heart. It's going to be on the top of my list. Gunasekhar garu and I have worked after a long time. It was lovely to see Sara Arjun's performance. Everyone please watch Euphoria on February 6. You are going to love it. I am sure you all will take away something from the movie," she said.
Producer Neelima Guna said, "I thank the AP government for supporting our movie by giving us this platform to showcase this song here. I thank CM Chandrababu Naidu garu and everyone's favourite, Power Star Pawan Kalyan garu. Bhumika garu has portrayed a mother but she doesn't look her age. It's a complex character. Sara Arjun's talent will once again be on display after Dhurandhar." Yuktha Guna is the other producer.
Hero Vignesh Gavireddy said, "It is here in Vizag that I trained as an actor under Satyanand garu. Euphoria is a special movie to me. Gunasekhar garu has made classics in his career. Euphoria can be watched for its story, thrills and entertainment. It must be watched by people of all ages. I thank our producers; they are women who connected with the story. They are a blessing to newcomers like me."
Shankha Brata Bagchi, Commissioner of Vizag, described Gunasekhar as a great director. "Bhumika garu is among my favourite actresses. I didn't know she was ready to play a mother. Vignesh serves as an inspiration for Vizagites. Euphoria's trailer is superb. Mistakes made for short-term thrills can land youngsters in trouble. Youngsters need to stay away from drugs and substance abuse. Euphoria will drive home this message. I am looking forward to its release on February 6. It's a topical movie that has a real-life relevance," the top cop added.
Bheemili MLA Ganta Srinivasa Rao praised Gunasekhar, saying, "His Ramayanam was a National Award winner. He made blockbusters with Chiranjeevi garu and Mahesh Babu garu. His filmography has been diverse. I am happy to see the women in his family steer this project from the front. The youth needs to be disciplined for a nation to progress. Many of them are deviated by bad habits. A cop's character is primary in Euphoria. It's good that our Commissioner is here. Vizag has always embraced Telugu movies. Many successful projects are associated with the place in some or the other way."
Likhita Yalamanchali's role involves characterization. "We are a young team of fresh faces. I think it's a matter of destiny that I got to play a role in a Gunasekhar directorial," she said.
Euphoria also features Gautam Vasudev Menon, Nassar, Rohith, Kalpa Latha, Sai Srinika Reddy, Ashrita Vemuganti, Mathew Varghese, Aadarsh Balakrishna, Ravi Prakash, Naveena Reddy, Likith Naidu and others. Nagendra Kasi and Krishna Hari have penned the dialogue.
