With Gautamiputra Satakarni just weeks away from its release date, Balakrishna is now getting ready to launch his 101st film. There was news that Rythu will be his 101st film, to be directed by Krishna Vamsi. But this plan has been halted for time being.
Another rumour was that S V Krishna Reddy will be directing his 101st film. But this director has not had any hits recently. Sources say that he has been out of action and is not in top league. So Balakrishna who initially was game to have S V Krishna Reddy for is 101st film is now having second thoughts.
Several other directors and writers are approaching Balayya. The actor is yet to decide on who will direct his 101st film.
