Venkatesh starrer Guru has finished its shoot schedule. The film was wrapped up today after the ceremonial pumpkin breaking. The production house Y Not Studios tweeted, “And finally the Pumpkin.... that's a wrap .... thank you Venky Sir , the entire cast & crew. Spectacular effort ... cheers .”
Venkatesh will be seen as a boxing coach in this film which is a remake of the Bollywood hit film Saala Khadoos, which had Madhavan in the lead. The entire cast and crew of the original film except for Madhavan has been retained in this remake version. Venkatesh has replaced Madhavan. Sudha Kongara has directed Guru.
