Appu completed 70% shooting

‘Appu’ is the story of an 8-year-old child Appu who wants to see an elephant, but his parents are busy and have no time to fulfill their child’s desire. What did Appu do to accomplish his desire? Does he returned safely after escaping from home? What adventures did he done along with his friends? All these should be seen on screen. Master Sai Srivanth is playing the title role in this film that features Kavya, Lohith Kumar, Banda Jyothi, Jwala Chakravarthy and Phani in important roles.

K Mohan is making the film under his own direction on Mohan Movie Makers banner. ‘The Crazy Boy’ is the tag line of the film. So far 70% shooting has been completed. Meanwhile, the film unit is planning to release the audio which was composed by renowned music composer Sri, through Lahari Music soon.

On this occasion, director K Mohan said, “Earlier, I worked as an assistant director at K Raghavendra Rao and I also worked as a co-director at some other directors. I wanted to deliver a good film as my first attempt. Therefore I’m making ‘Appu’. Sai Srivanth is portraying Appu role excellently. Some other child artists like Sai Abhishek, Jashuva, Lasya, Aada, Meghana, Manognya and Chiruhas are playing key roles in the film. A prominent actress will play a cameo. The film which is being made with all commercial elements will impress children as well as adults. Audio composed by Sri will stand out as special attraction to the film. The shooting of the film is almost completed with just 20% shooting part and 3 songs are left to be canned. 2 songs will be canned at Kuntala Waterfalls in Adilabad district. We are planning to release the film for this summer.”
