Makers of Super Star Mahesh Babu’s ‘Aagadu’ and Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s ‘Govindudu Andarivaadele’ have set release dates during Dussera season, which are going to face the big fight at the box-office.

First up is Mahesh Babu-Srinu Vaitla-14 Reels Entertainments’ ‘Aagadu’, which has been scheduled for September 19, 2014. This sensational ‘Dookudu’ combination is spell bent to break its own record and also the latest record in box-office collections. Then, on October 1, 2014, Ram Charan-Krishna Vamsi-Parameswara Art Productions’ ‘Govindudu Andarivaadele’ is expected to arrive theaters. Having tasted failure with ‘Iddarammayilatho’, the happening producer Bandla Ganesh is also determined for a big hit with this film now. At the same time, it’s a very important film for Krishna Vamsi too, as he has not seen the limelight after ‘Chandamama’.

Now let’s come back to the two strong men in Tollywood, who are like bulls at box-office and are always ready for the big fight. For Sankranti 2013, both Mahesh and Charan gave a tough fight with their respective films ‘Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ and ‘Naayak’. Although the two films were declared super hit, it was Mahesh Babu's SVSC, which stood as the box-office winner. For Sankranti 2014, both stars battled with films ‘1’ (Nenokkadine) and ‘Yevadu’, and it was Ram Charan’s turn to grab the chair with his film 'Yevadu' doing slightly better than ‘1’. Now, for the third time, as Mahesh Babu and Ram Charan are again for the uphill battle, it’s remained to be seen who among the two will financially be on upper hand this Dussera. If their movies are great, they could turn out to be box-office gems to their producers, if not, then all is lost.
