Fidaa has released today. The film has opened up to positive reviews. Sekhar Kammula's magic touch is evident. Sources close to Kammula say that Fidaa was not the planed title of the film.
When Sekhar wrote this movie, it was titled as Musuru. The meaning of Musuru is mizzling rain.
When producer Dil Raju heard of this title, he was not pleased. The producer felt that this title would not bring him much monetary benefits. After much thinking the film was renamed as Fidaa. Dil Raju was right! His idea of naming the film Fidaa really seems to have clicked now.
