Arnitha Institute of Fashion Design Annual Fashion Show 2016, Hyderabad

Arnitha Institute of Fashion Design is one of the Telangana's registered Institute Started in July 2015 . From its formation the management and staff of Arnitha Institute strived their level best to impart quality education. As per the results Arnitha institute has organized a Annual Fashion Show 2016 on 19th of may 2016.

To uplift the weavers community the students of Arnitha institute have designed Handloom ikats with new patterns and colours . The ikat textiles have been developed with the help of koyyalgudem handloom weavers society, koyyaiagudem, Nalgonda Dist .Telangana . These textiles have been made into garments like western dresses and also into sari drapes.

Talking to the media, the Director of the institute Jenny Costella said that the core purpose of Arnitha Institute is to provide education and service to the development of the society.

Highlight of the show
The management and students of Arnitha Institutehas come up with a new idea of uplifting the handloom weavers by creating new designs n ikkatThe designs have been developed on cottonfabrics with the help of koyyalagudem weavers cooperative society, koyyalagudem, Nalgonda, Telangana Garments with different patterns have been designed with the newly developed lkkat fabric, and will be showcased on the event by the models.

Along with this the other theme based collections like Victorian Era, Betta Fish, Cotton Flower, Coffee Day, Shades of Purple, Honey Bee,Flowers with wool & crop (Green fields) will also be showcased.
