YFLO: An Interactive Session with Ms. Mana Shetty and Ms. Sharmilla Khanna

Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) is'a youth wing of FLO. FLO was established in 1983 as a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). FLO is an all India forum for women, with headquarters in New Delhi and 8 chapters throughout India representing over 2000 members. Our members include entrepreneurs, CEOs, Executives, Doctors, Educationists, Designers and leaders in NGOs.
The primary objective of FLO/YFLO is to promote entrepreneurship and professional excellence in women. FLO/YFLO acts as a catalyst for the socio-economic advancement of women through talks, seminars, learning events, panel discussions and workshops.

Ms.. Sharmilla Khanna is a known name in the Glamour industry. She specializes in organising exclusive events like high profile fashion shows and elite product launches. Sharmilla constantly works towards encouraging young women entrepreneurship in the world of fashion and designing.
Ms. Queenie Dhodhy is someone who looks like she does and has the brains to match. A BA and MA student in mathematics, Queenie was crowned Miss India in 1987. She is.acknowledged for her sense of style and aesthetics. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery, from a deluxe connoisseur to a designer of the most exquisite pieces of jewellery. Ms. Mana Shetty is just not another celeb Wife. Mana is a fashion designer by profession and has been hosting a fundraiser exhibition Araaish for three years. The collected money aids the Save the Children India Foundation, the NGO set up by her late mother in 1988. She strongly believes that celebrities or even their wives and children can bring a positive change to society. Ms. Mana also owns the renowned Furniture and Interior Store in Bombay called as "R House".
Born and educated in Bombay, Ms. Ruksana Eisa, is an Arts graduate. She started modelling at the age of 16 and made her mark in the glamour world at a very young age. Ruksana was also one of the official grooming instructors at the Miss India training program from 2002 to 2007, training the participants right through to the final Miss India event.
