LG Kick starts the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 with Trophy Tour & LG Signature Campaign

LG Electronics, the global sponsor of thelCC, announced the opening of the biggest sporting event of the year- the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015in India, with the World Cup trophy tour and LG's Signature Campaign. As a part of the celebration campaign, LG today hosted an exclusive preview of the prestigious ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 Trophy along with the Wishing Bat at ForumMall,Hyderabad.

The prestigious Trophy showcase gave fans an opportunity to experience the spirit of the game closely and feel the zeal that drives each team to win the respected title.The Signature Campaign, as it is fondly known, invites cricket fans to sign on a 30-foot long bat placed alongside the trophy, which will be taken to 5 cities in India, marking their wishes and good luck for Indian Cricket team. The botand the glittering trop/iywere placed for cricket lovers for the forthcoming ICC Cricket World Cup tournament beginning from February 14, 2015 till March 29, 2015.

Inaugurated from the City of Joy, Kolkata, the tour will be extended to cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. With this activity, LG plans to bring the game closer to the cricket fans and give them an opportunity to share their wishes directly to the defending champions - Indian Cricket team. The ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 is being jointly hosted by New Zealand and Australia.
