Microplastics pollution is a great concern for all of us. We too discourage use of plastic bags. Mere banning without alternative solutions will be a futile effort.

"Let's face it - plastic is here to stay".

We depend upon plastics to such an extent that we would literally struggle to live without them. The fact that we are not very good at disposing of it shouldn't stop us from using it. Recycling Plastics is the only way out, till such time world comes out with alternative material.

"We need new materials for the world to continue to benefit from technologies, but we need to couple it with environmental sensitivity
