“Biggest Christian Roadshow Rally” - The event was flagged off by the Chief Guest T. Harish Rao Garu (Cabinet Minister for Irrigation Govt. of Telangana).
“RUN FOR JESUS,” a biggest ecumenical event, uniting and bringing together both the Catholic and Protestant Churches, proclaiming the message of crucifixion and resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ on the occasion of Good Friday and Easter. Thousands of Christiansfrom all the churches come onto the roads by walking, running and riding motorcycles and four-wheelers, waving white flags and shouting with joy that “Christ is risen, indeed Christ is risen”
RUN FOR JESUS, a biggest ecumenical event organized by Aradana TV and Christian Social Forum (CSF) in collaboration with all the mainline and independent Churches. This Run For Jesus rally started off in a small way in the year 2011 with 30 locations has grown now and is being organizedin more than 300 location across South India, mainly in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Chennai and some locations in Abroad. All the local Believers, Lay Leaders, Religious, Pastors, Presbyters, Priests, Bishops and Heads of the Churches will be participating in their respective areas. Every year this event is being organized on Saturday, which falls after Good Friday and before Easter Sunday.
The run will start from Lal Bahadur Stadium and pass through Police Control Room, RavindraBharathi, Secretariat, Ambedkar Statue, Liberty Center, and from there will return back to the Stadium.
His Grace Dr. ThummaBala, the Archbishop of Hyderabad Archdiocese, graciously agreed to flag off the run. Shri Thanneeru Harish Rao garu, honourable Cabinet Minister for Irrigation, Marketing & Legislative Affairs of Telangana state has consented to be the Chief Guest of the program. And many dignitaries from the Churches and State Government will be participating in this jubilant event.
The Run culminates in great rejoicing at the Lal Bahadur Stadium with Praise and Worship which will be conducted by the most popular international Hindi Gospel Singer Mr. Vijay Benedict and his Team.
The organizers invite all the Christian brethren to come and participate in large numbers and make the program a grand success and bring glory to on God Almighty.
