Hyderabad, May 22nd, 2017: Bollywood Film Star Anil Kapoor launched Dream India Group’s, 300 acre, luxurious Greek Style Villas real estate project here in city today.
Addressing the media before unveiling the Dream India Group’s Resort and Real Estate project, he said after Bahubali everybody is looking at Telugu Film Industry. The whole world is looking at Hyderabad. Telugu industry has got lot potential, he said.
I have special affection towards film industry. I began my career acting in Telugu. It was Vamsa Vruksham in 1980 I made my debut in the Telugu film industry as a lead actor. It was directed by the legend director Bapu. The film was later dubbed into Hindu as Pyaar Ka Sindoor he said.
I have special affection for people and the city. That is why I have chosen to lend my name to Dream India Group. I have studied the group. It is professionally managed by Syed Rafi Ishaq, Chairman and Managing Director, who relocated to the city. He was working with big corporate house in USA. The company made giant leap in eight years, he said.
The Project includes a Resort that shelters amusement, water parks, go-karting, many unique amenities and private farmlands, etc informed Anil Kapoor.
The project will come up at Bahadurpura, near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad. The 300 acred project includes a Dream Resort spread around an area of 20 acres, with amusement parks, waterpark, go-karting,and morethan 29 adventure sports and amenities such as air-rifle shooting, archery, rope bridge, horse riding, yoga center, tennis court, theme gardens, gazebo and more.

The project outlay as per the initial estimates are to be in the range of Rs250 to 300 crores, when it is completed fully in next few years, stated Rafi Ishaq.
Replying to questions, Anil Kapoor said, if given an opportunity i will explore working in Telugu film industry. I have learnt a lot from this industry. I have learnt honesty, integrity, hardworking, determination from the people of Telugu. I am grateful to Telugu people for their encouragement.
Replying to another question on the hot weather outside, he jokingly said “I don’t sweat so much because I work out well in the gym in the morning. Those who don’t do workout well in the morning sweat a lot during the day, he said.
I will come again especially to enjoy Biryani and Haleem. Now I am on business visit, I will not try them he told the reporters.
