Nara Rohith, Sundeep Kishan, Sudheer Babu and Aadi as the lead cast, a new film titled ‘Shamanthakamani’ has been taken off on Sunday i.e. on February 12 in Hyderabad. Dr. Rajendra Prasad has directed the first shot. Directed by Sriram Aditya, the film is being produced by V Anand Prasad under Bhavya Creations banner. Director Srinu Vaitla gave the honorary clap, while producer V Anand Prasad switched on the camera for the muhurat shot. Later the film unit has arranged press meet.
Speaking at the press meet, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, who is playing a key role in the film, said, “I have been acting for more than four decades. I am thankful to audience for making my journey successful. I am very happy to be working on Bhavya Creations banner. I am feeling as if I am working on my home banner. Anand Prasad, who became successful in real estate and cement field, and I worked together for the film ‘Ammayi Navvithe’. I am very happy to be working for a multi starrer film alongside Nara Rohith, Sundeep Kishan, Sudheer Babu and Aadi. Sriram Aditya, who carved ‘Bhale Manchi Roju’, is directing this film. I am playing a key role. The story which revolves around four guys and me, penned by Sriram Aditya is wonderful. Sriram Aditya is my friend’s son. I am extremely confident that ‘Shamanthakamani’ will become super hit.”

Addressing the gathering, Sudheer Babu shared, “Earlier I have worked with Sriram Aditya for the film ‘Bhale Manchi Roju’. He had scored huge success with his very first film. It’s a record that he is working with senior actor like Rajendra Prasad garu and four heroes for his second film. He is making the film based on some real incidents that happened in his life. No need to specially introduce about Bhavya Creations. The banner takes due care in making films. I wish and hope that ‘Shamanthakamani’ in which I am acting alongside my friends Nara Rohith, Sundeep Kishan and Aadi, will become big hit.”
On this occasion, Aadi said, “Making a film with four heroes and a senior actor is not a simple thing. The script will be very engaging and entertaining and it has given the confidence. You see characters in the film, not heroes. After successful film ‘Lovely’, this is the film I am working with legendry actor Rajendra Prasad garu. I am very happy to be working with my friends Nara Rohith, Sundeep Kishan and Sudheer Babu. I am thankful to Anand Prasad garu for making this multi starrer film. I hope ‘Shamanthakamani’ will impress everyone for sure.”
Speaking on the occasion, director Sriram Aditya said, “After completing my B Tech, this is the first story which I have penned when I am working for Facebook. Everyone, who read the story, discouraged me that no four heroes in the Telugu film industry will do together for this film. Anand Prasad garu was very excited by the script and immediately given his nod. Nara Rohith, Sundeep Kishan, Sudheer Babu, Aadi and Rajendra Prasad garu were also very much impressed and accepted to act in this. We went ahead with great energy. This might be the first film in Telugu where four heroes are acting together. I am sure ‘Shamanthakamani’ will stand out as a trend setter. The film will be engaging and goes on in an entertaining mode for sure. I am extremely confident that our team will bring a wonderful film.”
Producer V Anand Prasad said, “We will soon announce the details of the rest of cast and crew. Regular shooting will commence from March starting. I am thankful to everyone who are encouraging us.”
