Tamil blockbuster film ‘Aridhu Aridhu’, which was directed by prominent director Shankar’s disciple KR Mathivanan, is being dubbed into Telugu. The film is being brought to the Telugu audience as ‘Kotha Prema’ and ‘Stop Terrorism’ as the tag line by the producer Srinivas I (Rahul) on Channel 9 Film Corporation banner with Simhachalam and Suvarna Lakshmi as presenters. Harish Kalyan and Uttara Raj have played the lead roles. The audio composed by SS Thaman was released through Sivaranjani Music. The audio release function was held on Friday (22nd August) at Film Chamber in Hyderabad. Prominent producer Tummalapalli Ramasatyanarayana, who attended as a chief guest, has launched the audio CDs. Simhachalam, Srinivas I, Talari Nagaraju, Sivaranjani Music chief Ganji Lakshmi Narayana have graced the event.
Addressing the gathering, Tummalapalli Rama Satyanarayana said, “’Aridhu Aridhu’, which was directed by Shankar’s disciple Mathivanan, was a super hit in Tamil. It is being dubbed into Telugu as ‘Kotha Prema’. SS Thaman has rendered amazing music. I have already listened to the songs. Songs are impressive. I wish that the film will be a big success in Telugu too.”
Speaking at the audio function, director of ‘Premalo ABC’ said, “I know Rahul since long time. He is a very nice man. I suggested him to dub the super hit Tamil film ‘’Aridhu Aridhu’ into Telugu. He kept faith on me and went ahead with the film. I hope he will reach the success definitely.”
Producer Srinivas I (Rahul) said, “’Kotta Prema’ is the dubbed version of super hit Tamil film ‘Aridhu Aridhu’. It stood a musical hit in Tamil. Prominent music composer SS Thaman has rendered excellent fabulous music. I’m extremely confident that the audio of the film will be a super hit in Telugu too. Out of 6 songs, each and every song is a highlight. Krishna Chaitanya has provided Lyrics for all songs. Mathivanan taking and Arun Salvan’s camera handling are wonderful. Hero Harish and heroine Uttara have performed well. We are planning to bring this film, which has love, action and mass elements, in the second week of September. After the release of the film, I would like to make straight film in Telugu.”
Harish, Uttara, Harihara Raj, Abdul hakeem, Baba Bhaskar and some others are part of the film.
