Gundello Godari Platinum Disc

Lakshmi Manchu, Taapsee, Sundeep Kishan, Aadi starring 'Gundello Godari' directed by Kumar Nagendra and produced by Lakshmi Manchu under Manchu Entertainments Banner. The film’s Platinum disc function was held at Film Nagar Cultural Center on March 6, 2013. Platinum discs were handed over to the film unit by K.Raghavendra Rao, Dasari Narayana Rao and Manchu Mohan Babu. Raghavendra Rao, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, B.Gopal, Keeravani, Koti, Manchu Nirmala, Aditya Niranjan have graced the event.

On this occasion Dasari said, “I and Raghavendra Rao have done many small budget films in the beginning of our career. If your encouragement is with us, people can expect many good films in low budget. Mohan Babu's discipline is being followed by their children also. Although, they were born with golden spoon they are struggling a lot to smash a hit in their career. Personally, I like Lakshmi a lot; I will definitely make a film with Vishnu, Manoj and Lakshmi. By watching this entire film, I recognized their hard work in picturing all the scenes especially at the time of floods. All the actors in the film have gave their best; movie has many highlights like first half with one story and second half with another story which creates enthusiasm in the hearts of audience. This is a complete clean family entertainer which will not reach to the people who expect sex and double meaning dialogues. "

Manchu Mohan Babu said, “Lakshmi has done a wonderful job and I didn’t spend a single penny on this film. I thank Ilayaraaja who has given the tunes within one day. I am not sure to which extent this film may run in the Box-Office but it definitely grabs many awards. We will never forget the love and affection shown by Godavari region people. Film is going to release on March 8th which needs all your blessings."
Sundeep Kishan said, “I like this film which has scope for acting in it. Having belief in the story, Lakshmi proceeded further so, we need all your blessings."

Lakshmi Manchu said, "We are releasing our film on 8th March in Telugu and 22nd March in Tamil. I kindly request you all not to watch our film through piracy DVD's which kills our interest to make films".
