Akash's bilingual film 'Guru' audio was released on 31st May. Surya Music bought the audio rights. Function was held at Seventh Heaven and Ramanaidu, R.P. Patnaik, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Navneet Kaur, Heroine Pranathi attended this audio release function. Ramanaidu released the audio and gave the first cassette to Kalyan Ram.

Dr.D. Rama Naidu said, "I was decided not to attend any functions till to give a big hit as a producer. But this film was produced by Tamil producer and I had a lot of attachment with the Tamil film industry because I had been producing Telugu films for 25 years by basing in Chennai. Kalyan Ram Nandamuri wished that 'Guru' would become a big hit. Songs of this film were also projected.
