‘College Days’ is a new film which is being produced by Srilatha under Srilatha Cine Creations banner. The film was launched on Wednesday i.e. on June 21 at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad. Producer Shivakumar played the clap boy role, while Sivaraj Patel switched on the camera for the muhurat shot. Telangana Minister Patnam Mahender Reddy presented the script to the film unit. Rajinikanth Yenna is the director.
Wishing for the success of the film, Minister Patnam Mahender Reddy said, “The film ‘College Days’ is set in the backdrop of two Telugu states. I wish the film will become big success like ‘Happy Days’.”
Malkapuram Shivakumar said, “I am glad that the people who worked for our Suraksha banner are producing film. They are encouraging new talents. I wish the director ad producer’s attempt will become big success. ‘College Days’ is a message oriented story. I wish Telugu audience will encourage them by making the film a big success.”
While speaking on the occasion, director Rajinikanth Yenna said, “Earlier I have worked as an associate director for some serials at director Krish. I have earned experience from him. The title ‘College Days’ suggests that it would be a love story. But it’s a message oriented story which is set in the backdrop of two Telugu states. Regular shooting will begin in July. We are planning to wrap up the entire shooting in a single schedule to release the film in December. Sakshi Kakkar is playing heroine. I request audience to encourage us by making the film success.”
Producer Srilatha said, “The film ‘College Days’ has an amazing story. It ca be watched by the whole family together. We are planning to wrap up the entire shooting part of the film as soon as possible.”
