Audio of ‘Khayyum Bhai’ composed by Sekhar Chandra has been launched in a grand level on Friday i.e. on June 10 at FNCC Cultural Centre in Hyderabad. Andhra Pradesh Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao graced the event as chief guest and launched the big CD. Actor Suman launched the audio CDs by presenting the CDs to film unit members. Corporator Khaja Suryanarayana revealed the teaser.
‘Khayyum Bhai’ is being made against the back drop of slain gangster Nayeemuddin. Taraka Ratna is playing ACP role. Katta Rambabu will be seen as Nayeem. Smt. Katta Sarada Chowdary is producing the film under Sri Sai Ooha Creations banner with Bharat as director.
Wishing for the success of the film, Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao said, “Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu garu is trying his best to develop the film industry in Andhra Pradesh. ‘Khayyum Bhai’ is the first film which had its opening at Amaravathi. Gangster Nayeem is the present hot topic in Andhra and Telangana. It is very interesting that Rambabu has taken the subject and carving out as film. People are eagerly waiting to know the story of the slain gangster Nayeemuddin. Rambabu looks alike Nayeem. He perfectly suits to the role. All scenes are looking realistic in the trailer. I wish the film will become big success. If such films becomes big success, it will encourage new producers to enter into the film industry. Dhanunjay and Kantharao have given lot of support in making the film.”
“Director Bharath is a good technician. He has carved out the film based on the real incident wonderfully. Rambabu garu is perfectly apt to Nayeem character. He perfectly dwelled into the character. Gautham raju garu’s editing is superb. If there is freshness in the story, Telugu audience will always encourage. I am sure ‘Khayyum Bhai’ will impress audience,” said Suman.
President of Telangana Film Chamber Of Commerce Pratani Ramakrishna Goud said, “Rambabu is my close friend. Nayeem has become hot topic in Telangana off late. The film will have good openings here. I wish the ‘Khayyum Bhai’ will become big success.”
Katta Rambabu, who played Nayeem, said, “I have started my film career as a technician at Padmalaya Studios. Later I took some gap. I raised step by step as a realtor and as a politician and reached this position. ‘Khayyum Bhai’ depicts the life story of Nayeem. Sekhar Chandra has given good music. Pathipati Pullarao garu has given lot of support. We have not compromised in terms of budget in making film. My special thanks to artists who supported me by reducing their remunerations. Goutham Raju garu has boosted our confidence levels. I wish and hope Telugu audience will encourage us by making the film a big success.”
Addressing the gathering, director Bharath said, “We have started our film at Amaravathi on September 18. We have kept our heart and soul for the good outcome of the film. Producer Katta Sarada Chowdary garu has made the film wonderfully without compromising in terms of budget. He has provided everything what the film needed. You all know that how big hit was my earlier film ‘Maisamma IPS’ was. I wish ‘Khayyum Bhai’ will surpass the success of that film and will stand out as a milestone in my career.”
On this occasion, producer Katta Sarada Chowdary said, “We are coming to audience with a good story. We have not compromised in any aspect in making ‘Khayyum Bhai’. The film came out wonderfully. I wish Telugu audience will make the film a big hit.”
Music director Sekhar Chandra said, “It’s like c challenging film for me. I have not worked for such kind of films so far in my career. At first I felt a bit tensed, but songs came out wonderfully. Bharath garu has given lot of support. Working with him is a wonderful experience for me. Rambabu has given wonderful performance. I am sure ‘Khayyum Bhai’ will become big success.”
